Windows 10: Having Problems Connecting Laptop to PC Wirelessly as a Second Monitor

So I have a PC and a laptop and I wanted to use my laptop as a second monitor and it's not working correctly. Strange thing is that it was working before, which was earlier today, and now when I try to connect the laptop wirelessly as a monitor it doesn't connect. It will say that it's connected but I can't drag any windows over to the laptop screen.

I also am unable to drag the mouse cursor from the PC to the laptop screen when it's supposedly wirelessly "connected" to the PC as a second monitor. When my PC is searching for the laptop it also can't detect the laptop for some reason even though the Bluetooth for the laptop is on.

On top of that I've suddenly started experiencing this issue with my mouse where I can't click certain things that I would need to click.

hello, how do i connect my pc to my laptop, wirelessly, as a second monitor. my pc is not recognizing my laptop, under "detect."

 

Things to do once connected new G-Sync monitor

I'm getting my G-Sync monitor today.

I think I have to take the following steps:

• Connect 1440p G-sync monitor with DP cable
• Connect second 1080p 60Hz monitor by HDMI
• Startup PC
• Reinstall display driver
• Restart PC (I always do that after display driver install)
• Activate G-Sync in NV control panel (I believe also V-Sync is auto on after that?)
• Set my 1440p monitor from 1080p to 1440p
• Calibrate my 1440p monitor

Also ingame, I should turn off V-Sync?
Are there any problems running a second 60Hz 1080p monitor?

Is there anything else I should do/know?

• What changes did you make in the BIOS? As making the changes in the BIOS is only recommended by Microsoft if done by the manufacturer.
  

• How are you connecting to the 2nd monitor?
