Windows 10: Best way to image approx 15 laptops without a network server

I am working for a small charity with no real infrastructure (i.e no severs) and I have 15 new dell laptops to setup with win10 pro.

What i want to do is set up one (clean windows install, add drivers and a few applications), then image it, then use that image for the others.

So I'm trying to think about the best way to do this: i.e. set one up then sysprep and copy disk image to a usb, and then use a utility to copy that image to the others. (However doesn't sysprep strip the drivers?)

I wonder if anyone has any tricks or tips, or indeed suggestions as to an alternative way to do this.

HP Laptop will not sleep AFTER approx. 10 minutes of use - Windows 10

Hi. Tried both these steps. Neither worked. Any suggestions please?

It seems odd that it will sleep if I log-in and choose sleep within 15 mins (approx.). Anything longer and it gets stuck.

 

Homegroup For Minecraft Servers Or What?

It looks as if the existing minecraft server will use the new system without modification - It needs to be able to access the computers on the network in a two way link, which is the standard for Workgroup and Homegroup

It's not something I have any direct experience with but a quick read suggests to me that you will not need to do Much if any reconfiguration of the existing server

 

Laptop won't show list of available networks

We suggest checking the list of available Wi-Fi networks on your laptop.

Please follow these steps:

• Click the Windows logo.
• Go to Settings (gear icon).
• Select Network and Internet.
• Then Wi-Fi.
• Make sure the Wi-Fi radio button is On.
• Select Show available networks, then you'll be able to see the list of available Wi-Fi networks.
