Windows 10: Explorer.exe error at every startup since update 2004: "The package is currently not...

Hello everyone,


I searched the web and can't find anyone with the same problem. Since I applied update 2004 to my machine, everytime Windows 10 starts I get an explorer.exe pop-up error, it reads "The package is currently not available.". Nothing seems to be wrong with the system, though. I can just close the window with the OK button and everything works fine.

Can anyone help me with this? I'd like to get rid of it. I tried all sort of things listed for common problems SFC scannow and so on, but nothing worked.

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?
