Windows 10: Change the color of the Office 2016 title bar

My office apps title bar color is a horrible deep green. I would like blue. When searching for a solution to this almost every search result had blue. I can't seem to change the color at all.

I don't have and will never have a Microsoft account.

For themes the only options are colorful (green only), dark grey or white.

Windows 10 1809 LTSC x64.

Is there a registry tweak? A group policy setting? (I have the administrative templates installed but can't see any settings for a color change) Sometihng else?

Strange Office 2010 Title Bar Colors


I recently installed a copy of Office 2010 Pro onto my Windows 10 laptop. When I open any of the apps, the title bar appears to have one color superimposed on top of a lighter color except where there is text. It only happens with Office 2010 apps, all other apps are OK. See pictures. I cannot find anywhere in Office to change this and do not want to fiddle with Windows 10 color settings too much without seeking advice. The old Windows Classic Colour scheme was simple to use, but it has gone away.

Any help to fix this would be appreciated.
