Windows 10: Update on 2020-9 Cumultive Update for Windows 10 2004 for x64 Based Systems KB4571756

I have asked about this update before from 9/20, and it's still failing to update. I called Microsoft twice and they got on my PC and said everything looks great. They think that there must be a bug in the update. They told me to keep pausing it for 7 days and then trying again, but it just keeps failing. I don't want them to force the update, because the Microsoft tech told me he wouldn't recommend him doing that, because it can cause problemsdon't remember exactly what he said about that. I was told by one of the Advisors on this blog that he was getting complaints and I wasn't the only one. Is there any updates on this update about a possible bug in the update? I haven't received a fix yet.

Please try the suggested methods below.

**Run the Windows Update Troubleshooter

Windows 10: Select Start > Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, then select Windows Update under Get up and running, and then select Run the troubleshooter.

**Make sure Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer services are available and running.

Click Start, type services.msc in the Start Search text area, and then click services.msc in the programs list. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.

Double-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service.

If the Startup status lists Stopped, click Start and then click OK. If the status is Running, click Restart
