    When a Windows 10 menu is open, it keeps selecting the option above, similar to what happens when you press the up arrow with the start menu open. When I search for applications, the same thing happens, so it is impossible to open applications. The same thing happens in settings menus, where whenever I click an option, the one above it gets selected, then the one above that, etc. Restarting, shutting down, or unplugging my computer fixes nothing. This problem has made my computer unusable, any help would be very appreciated.

    • First of all from Start Menu, open Settings (Type settings in the search bar and it will appear).
    • locate and select “Update and Security“.
    • in this window, Locate “Advanced Options”. Click on it.
