    How to remove the notification "Can't send message using the server Hotmail"?


    In my Macbook mail service I have been receiving a notification "Can't send message using the server Hotmail" which completely blocks the email page of my mail service and I cant move or remove the notification because it doesn't have the option for closing it. So, none of my email accounts can be worked on. Does anyone know how to close or remove it?

    Hotmail messages not deleted on server

    BACKGROUND:

    I'm running Windows Mobile 6.0 on HTC Dash.



    STEPS TO REPRO THE ISSUE:

    I've set up a Windows Live account (Hotmail) on my mobile device. Send/Receive will pull down new hotmail messages. After I delete several hotmail messages, I "send/receive" to sync with the server and it says, "deleting messages on the server".



    I switch over to the browser on my laptop to look at all of my Hotmail Inbox messages. All of the messages that I deleted on my mobile device are still visible in the Inbox. I've clicked refresh several times. I've waited several minutes. The "deleted" messages
    are still on the server.



    EXPECTED:

    I expected the messages I've deleted on my mobile device to be deleted on the server after I sync with "send/receive".

    Here is some additional information.



    I added my gmail account to my Windows Mobile 6.0 on HTC Dash (t-mobile Dash).



    1) I can sync with my gmail account to get new emails.

    2) I can send a gmail message using my mobile device.

    3) I can delete a gmail message on my mobile device. After receive/send, that same gmail message is also deleted on the gmail server! Gasp! It works for gmail!



    But why, oh why, doesn't it work for Hotmail??? Why can't hotmail delete my messages on the server after I've deleted the hotmail message on my mobile device?

    whic also has this vb script suggestion as an alternative to using notifications:
