Windows 10: Forgot Password

So I set up a new password on my account and then added a pin. When I tried to reset my password on the lock screen is said that I need a security drive, so I logged back in with my pin. I want to remove the password but I don't know how. Please help.

you know when you boot up your computer... and yeha i have more than one account and I forgot the password to one of them.

is there anyway for me to get in to the account? or the account will be perminant lock if i dont remember password?
