  1. Compatibility issues

I'm enrolled in Sundance college and I'm having trouble submitting projects in Microsoft word. the class lessons are taught through Sam.cengage and it says there's a compatibility problem when i try to submit them to be graded. This is what it says. "This project is not compatible with Office for Mac. Use Office for Windows to complete this project.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. Compatibility issues in Windows 10

    Hi Vicki,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community. I regret the inconvenience caused to you. Let me help you.

I suggest you to download and install the software from the developer website and check if it resolve the issue.

You can also install the program in compatibility mode and check if it resolves the issue.

    Follow the below procedure.

Run the program in the compatibility mode.

If a program or driver written for an earlier version of Windows doesn't run properly in current Windows, then you could try using
compatibility mode on the program to hopefully allow it to run properly.

I suggest you to run the program/game in the compatibility mode and check if it helps. Follow the below steps:

    • Right click on the program icon, click on Properties.
    • Click the Compatibility tab.
    • Check the Run this program in compatibility mode for box and select the Preferred
      Windows.
    • Click on Apply and click OK button.
    Check if it helps.

Please keep us posted on the issue. We will be happy to assist you further.
