  1. So I've screwed up.

I updated my W10PC to 2004, and encountered the windows defender bug which I was unaware it was a bug at all. I went through these steps in order to make it work properly, but with no success. I googled and discovered the bug, I will wait for the next update, thats not the problem at all.

The problem now is that my Epic Launcher won't connect to the internet. I've gone through their steps to solve the connectivity issue, but with no sucess too. What I think I screwed up was with solution 4 in the windows community thread I posted earlier on the text. More specifically, the "type in NETSH WINHTTP SET PROXY 1.1.1.1:8080 " in CMD as a admin.

How to revert this shitshow? Where else should I look for issues with the epic launcher? I've tried with no sucess the good 'ole reboot, reinstalling the launcher and the steps provided on Epic tech support webpage.

    Thanks!

edit: this a week old fresh windows 10 install, btw.

Did our Epson printer get hacked?

Another question, is this on a home network or a work network? The steps @eidairaman1 listed are always a good first step. If this is on a work network you manage, I'd be much more concerned than the home one. It is possible someone is screwing with you, but malware could also be the culprit.
