Windows 10: why is my brother¨s computer so unstable running win10?

my brother¨s computer is a mid-low range computer but still very competent (4gb ram, Intel i3 8th gen) its not a beast but it should work.

but it is so unbearably slow and its brand new (its like 3 weeks old) and it already runs like a 4 year old laptop that hasnt been updated ever.

also it seems to have a bad problem with memory he only uses it to play games and it does that pretty well especially minecraft it works fine but sometimes simple things like changing resourcepacks or just changing the game´s lenguage tanks the pc and you need to reboot it to do anything.

i think it is windows 10 since i have a much more ancient laptop (i5 5th gen, 4gb ram, intelhd4000) and i do the same things in minecraft with no issues in win7.



could it be that the pc is using a disk hard drive in a system made for solid state drives? or my brother¨s pc is just defective?

Brother Printer exists & works, but won't "Install" - Why?

Check whether I understood you well.
First try: Add new printer, Windows finds printer and loads its own drivers/programme automatically. It wprks but not with the Brother drivers.
Second try: Brother package: failed
I suggest a third try: Add new printer; the printer that I wanted is not listed; continue and see of your model is listed. in the list of printers.
I had difficulties with setting up another Brother printer, and the third try solved it.

Before providing any assistance, I would like you to answer the questions stated below:

I suggest you to stop the print spooler service and start and then try uninstalling drivers from device manager and check if that helps.

Please refer the steps for the same

Steps 1:

• Open Run Command (Windows button + R) and hit Enter.
• In the dialog box, type “services.msc”. Once the window opens locate and click on
  “Print Spooler”.
• On the General tab, click on Stop and then
  Start.

I suggest that you un-install and re-install the printer drivers and check if the error exists.

• Click on the Start button, and type “Device Manager” on the search bar.
• Open Device Manager, expand "Printer”
• Find and double-click driver from the left panel to uninstall.
• Right-click the device, and click Uninstall.
• Windows will prompt you to confirm the device’s removal. Click
  OK to remove the driver.
• After the uninstallation is complete, reboot your computer.
• After you have successfully uninstalled the driver, please go to the computer manufacturer’s website, download the Windows 10 driver for your computer and check.

If the driver is unavailable download the driver for 8.1 and run it in compatibility mode.

Step2:

I would also suggest you to open command prompt in
administrator mode and then type :

printui /s /t2

and then try deleting the printers.

how do I install Brother 7360n on Windows 10 computer
