Windows 10: [URGENT] My PC shows the blue screen then shuts down.

Please help if you can. For some reason, my Windows 10 PC just shut down (it briefly flashed the blue screen claiming “We’ve encountered a problem” or something along those lines) and moments later it started intermittently making loud buzzing noises. My roommate is asleep and I’m worried to open my laptop to try to fix it, as it’ll probably start making those noises again.

For reference, it’s the weekend and I just finished some computer-heavy projects for class last week. I haven’t used my computer in a couple days, and it was dead when I opened it tonight. I plugged it in, started it up, and about 2 minutes later it showed the blue screen and began what I explained in the previous paragraph. It’s a Lenovo ThinkPad P53 with the intel i7, 2x16gb ram, t2000 graphics processor, and 1tb hard drive, all running windows 10 pro. How can I fix this problem without making the unnecessary noise? Thank you in advance, this is highly urgent.
