Windows 10: Bluetooth drivers not updating after win 10 update in dell inspiron 1545

well I ignored this issue for last 4 years but recently I came across this blog in forum

But even after using compatibility settings I am getting following dialogue box

also There were no Bluetooth drivers shown on my device manager tab

DELL INSPIRON 1545 LAPTOP, WINDOWS 10 & BLUETOOTH

As per subject my dell Inspiron 1545 is compatible with windows 10 but Bluetooth can not be used with windows 10. suggest perfect workable solutions for the problem. I tried many ways but no use.

 

Upgrade Dell Inspiron 1545 to Win 10 fails

FYI updating the BIOS to A14 did not solve the issue, the upgrade to Win 10 failed at the same point Updating 75%. So I will start again with zbook suggestions.

 

Bluetooth problem after udating win 10 in dell inspiron 1545

I am having dell inspiron 1545 laptop, updated windows 10 from windows 7 in dec 2014. I have tried a lot for bluetooth connectivity solution but unable to overcome. Dell website released that this laptop is not tested for windows 10. then why we were having
for messages for updating windows 10 if this was having the compatibility issue with this dell model.
