Windows 10: How to stop sync of two laptops with different windows versions?

My friend bought a new laptop from Lenovo

She used the same email Gmail and now the two laptops are sync with different windows versions.

Whatever she does to the first laptop HP, it happens to the second laptop Lenovo.

Even after she stopped the sync, it did not stop.



We tried to remove the Gmail account and create a Hotmail one but it didn't work either.



How can she stop the sync, she said that there are important files that she wants to keep.

okay ive done the same thing as you but i cant put the file back into the folder

• Copy nvlddmkm.sys in C:\Windows\System32\DriverStore\nv_dispi.inf_amd64_5518e59e8d3b48f4\ to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\ and replace the existing one.

Well the last one I suggested seems to be the best for 650$
