Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck in Recovery mode on restart Fresh install throws Failed to load...

I have been stuck with an issue that started out of nowhere on my HP machine.


After a recent update, when my laptop turned off/restarts I the HP logo and then for the briefest of seconds a window pops up And closes and then the system goes into recovery mode shows the troubleshooting page.


I tried a hard reset, a soft resetkeeping my files, installing from a recovery drive and from a windows ISO image downloaded from the microsoft website.

In each of these cases, the moment the process triggers a restart during the installation/reset the same error comes up and I cannot proceed.

What I did notice is that I was able to start my system in Network boot by pressing the Esc key and entering the boot options but I don't know how that helps. EDIT - I also noticed that if I keep pressing my Esc key and go to the Boot option but do not make any selections/changes, the boot completes cleanly

The Windows installation from the ISO said The installation failed in the SAFE_OS phase with an error during boot operation.


UPDATE- I've checked and updated any drivers that had an update available.

Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

• Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page Download Windows 10
• Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
• Selected custom install
• Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
• Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

Hi.
I have Samsung Series 7 NP7005ZA-S0AUS laptop pc. I decided to do a fresh windows install so I used a flash drive to re-install windows (I formatted the hard drive at the begnining of the installation). When the laptop booted first time in the installation process, I got a screen saying boot menu but it's empty. I clicked alt+ctl+de, the laptop restarts and gets me back to the same screen. I entered the bios and made sure the hd is on the top of the list and save/restarted but same issue. I tried loading bios default settings and that did not help either. I noticed in the boot menu that there are exclamation marks next to the HD and the SATA DVD drives, not sure what that means but they were not there before. I honestly think a bios update can do the trick but there is no way to upgrade the bios of a samsung laptop without Windows like my case so I am stuck.
Any help will be very much appreciated.
Notice: The hard drive has 8GB msata built in.
