Windows 10: windows 10 suddenly slow because of "system and compressed memory" process

Im using 1511 and It was totally great since the installation (about 1 month) but today this process called "system and compressed memory" started eating all of my disk, sometimes all of the RAM and the usage stays 90%+ and freezes randomly. This hasn't happened ever before. I dont remember installing any new program too.

Problem with compressed memory process


Hi, it's problem with various possible causes. System and compressed memory was introduced in Win 10 to optimise memory use, but can cause problems for some. Here's a collection of issues and maybe solutions. A common one is one experienced with Chrome.

It looks as though your PC has not been approved for Win 10 use:
Lenovo supported systems list for Windows 10 Upgrade - Lenovo Support (US)
Can you confirm? Has it worked satisfactorily previously?
An H520 is listed, not H520s.. but yours came, I think, with Win 8.

Can you confirm you've tried this:
My computer got so slow that the mouse was slow and jerky and I had to reboot. System interrupts was at about 30% CPU time. My PC is now with 5 days uptime and the bug seems to have disappeared. The following solution seems to solve the issue :

1. Right-click on the speaker icon
2. Select playback devices
3. Click on the speaker properties
4. Go to the enhancements Tab
5. Click Disable All Sound Effects
6. Click OK. You're done!
