Windows 10: Is it possible to recover a lost stickynote after a system format?

Hey so my windows installation was really buggy and stuff so I just decided to format my pc and chose to keep my files. However when it was done with the format I noticed that my sticky note was gone with everything in it. I thought it would save the sticky note since its considered part of my files?! I tried looking in the windows.old folder but I couldn't find anything in appdata\roaming or local and I tried looking for previous sticky note versions but no hope either. In fact the stickynotes folder does not exist in windows.old. Is there any hope of recovering my sticky note?

SOLVED: Apparently Microsoft changed the stickynotes path to

C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages \Microsoft.MicrosoftStickyNotes_8wekyb3d8bbwe\LocalState\plum.sqlite

and now no longer uses .snt files for them, but rather sqlite.

Possible to recover raid

ok so it said i need 3000tb of storage to recover.

trying w1zzards suggestion.

the raid was never disabled, it was still intact but when i reinstalled xp it showed up as a fat12 file system.

 

How to recover the lost messages?


1. Re-create your mail folder hierarchy by dragging folders into place in the Folder list. Note that any folder you have created to group sub-folders but that does not itself contain messages will not appear in the Folder list and so must be created again.
2. Re-download the list of newsgroups from each news account.
3. Reset your subscribed newsgroups and download messages again.
4. Reset synchronization options on IMAP and newsgroup folders.
5. Edit any message rule that moves or copies messages to folders other than the Inbox.
These are the steps from which you can get the lost information back. And if your information not recovered again then it might be severe problem .In this case you have to go for recovery software to get your dbx files data back.
