Windows 10: Windows automatically deletes my disc drive latter .

Im using windows 10 in hp 15g-dr0006tx that comes with laptop license windows .

The problems is windows automatically deletes my disc drive latter and that's why I am not able to see that drives in file manager ..

Each time when I restart my laptop that not show my hard drive and when go to disc management disc was shown , after assigning drive latter it shows properly in file manager . happened every time when i restart or shutdown and start .


Im not able to find out reason ...


The problem start after -

Last week my laptop was off suddenly and not able to start on next day it start with massage COMS battery error .after assigned proper boot order for system drive ssd of 120 Gb and 1 Tb hdd it start , with my 1Tb drive data loss unlocated space .

May we know what type of file are you trying to delete? Would it be Office documents, media files, or picture files? If you're trying to delete files for free some space on your device. We suggest to perform a Disc Cleanup. Kindly follow the steps below to
perform the task:

• Type in Cortana Disc Cleanup
  
• Choose the files to delete
  
• Click on "Clean up system files"
  
• Click on Ok

Hard drive/ OS issue

• shutdown
• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted
• yay !!

Here's mine after I rt clk'd on my Documents Folder like you show in Scrsht 11:




I'd like to wait until you reply to my question in Scrsht 12, if it is a remnant of the process try deleting the one on the dsktp and see if the one in send to also disappears. If it stays in send to, test it, and if you're still having problems I'd suggest you could go back to: Option One: To Add or Remove Items in Send To context menu for Your Account (current user) and do Step 3 to remove it and start over using Step 4 but be very careful of your steps in creating the shortcut and be sure you d&d that shortcut to the send to part of the address.
