Windows 10: How to clean install Windows 10 with license from Windows 7 Enterprise upgrade?

I have a PC that was previously running Windows 7 Enterprise, and a few years ago it was upgraded to Windows 10 Enterprise using the free upgrade program. Is there a way to do a clean install on this machine without having the Windows 10 Enterprise KMS or MAK key? I no longer have access to our volume licensing account (changed job roles). I've tried tools to expose the Windows 10 key, but I just get messages like "MAK not available".

I thought I could just use the media creation tool and during installation point it to the hard drive with the existing install to use that license (I think you can do this with home/pro edition), but it seems you can't even use the media creation tool for Enterprise without providing a key up front. Any suggestions?

Nope, you need to install Windows 10 first and make sure the Windows 7 key is transferred to your Windows account after you've installed Windows 10 (not quite sure how that works). I missed the last step and I could not activate Windows 10 after a re-install... Microsoft seem to have done everything they can to make it a PITA. Also, it's technically too late to do this now anyhow, as the upgrade offer has expired. But KMSPico works quite well...

As for getting rid of Windows, delete the Windows folder.

Should have wrote "...USB <2.0 based Windows 7 Installation" but I quoted article name which is a little misleding.

I do not know how will you be able to convert your Windows 7 license to Windows 10 without first installing W7 and then upgrading to windows 10.
