Windows 10: win+tab desktop icon font color issue

Discus and support win+tab desktop icon font color issue in Windows 10 Support to solve the problem; before i press win+tab, my desktop shortcut's color is black after i press win+tab and turn back to desktop, my desktop shortcut's color is not black...     i must restart computer or restart explorer to change font color back to normal
    is there a way to fix it?

    how do I change font color for desktop icons

    Umm this does not change the desktop Icon font, this only changes the Window pane color.

    I have a white background photo, and my desktop icon font color is also white, hence making them impossible to read.

    How do I change the Desktop Icons Font Color???
