    how to rotate a video in VLC

    thank you for the step by step instruction; the process looks very easy enough but the trouble is I am not finding a VLC Media Player Menu at all. When I right click on the video go down to Open With then select the option VLC, it gives me a quick flash
    of the VLC "cone" against a black screen - no tabs- and straightway plays the video.

    VLC not applying video color adjustments

    The changes in ADJUSTMENT AND EFFECTS doesn't effect the video played by VLC when I play 10bit HEVC video. I am running VLC 2.2.4 on Windows 10 professional.

    My PC specs:

    • Intel i7 2640QM
    • 8 GM RAM
    • Samsung 850EVO
    • AMD Radeon graphics card

    How can I force VLC to apply the video color settings?
