Windows 10: Hidden Network Showing Instead of My Personal WiFi. Cannot Connect

I switched from an old WI-Fi 3 Xfinity gateway to a new WI-Fi 6 Xfinity XB7 T gateway. My work laptop won’t recognize the new WiFi network but literally every other device in my house has been able to connect to it. I have been on the phone for hours with my work IT team and Xfinity today. I have updated my windows operating system, did every possible windows update, and updated the WiFi drivers. I have factory reset my entire internet gateway, changed passwords, changed security, etc. There is a “Hidden Network” showing that looks like it could be the new network but it still won’t even connect to that.
Did anyone else have an issue like this when upgrading WiFi or know what is going on?

Hidden Wifi Network have to enter SSID each time I connect

My Lumia 532 used to connect to my hidden WIFI network automatically. It no longer shows a hidden network in the list of WIFI networks. The only way I can connect to the network is to add the SSID and password and delete the old entry. Other devices connect
to this network normally. It stopped automatically connecting after some apps were updated one of the aps was the Gadgets app.

When you look at the list of available networks, the "Hidden Network" is not a particular WiFi network but instead a generic indicator to show you that there are networks in range that have hidden their SSID, or network name.

This is normal behaviour, and presents no issue for you. You can ignore the hidden networks.

Wifi Hidden Network

Win 10 doesn't connect to my hidden network. It shows as a Hidden Network in the available networks list and i have to select it and manually enter the SSiD and password each time. These are getting added to known network list with number appended such as
HiNetwork, HiNetwork 2, HiNetwork 3, but again doesn't connect. Adding the network after deleting all these entries also isnt helping. Just have to enter the SSiD and the password each time!!
