Windows 10: My bluetooth mouse doesn't work frequently, but work again after I open Seetings >...

Currently, my laptop running Windows 10 x64 version 2004 build 19041.508

When I'm using my bluetooth mouse, my mouse is stopped working. Bluetooth device in my laptop is still on, my mouse battery is not empty. But, when I open Settings> Bluetooth & Other Devices, yes just open it and do nothing, my mouse is working again. Then I close Settings, and several minutes even seconds later my mouse stopped working again, and if I open Settings my mouse is worked again. Now, I'm always open Settings > Bluetooth & Other Devices and minimize it in taskbar, when my mouse is stopped working, I open the Settings in taskbar, after my mouse work normally, I minimize Settings into taskbar again.

What I've done so far to fix the issue:

1. Open device manager, update Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth driver

2. Open device manager, reinstall Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth driver

3. Open device manager, update Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 Bluetooth > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick... > and choose Generic Bluetooth adapter

4. Open device manager, update Mouse and other pointing devices

5. Open device manager, reinstall Mouse and other pointing devices

6. Open Logitech Options software, and check for updates

7. Reinstall Logitech Options

8. Re-pairing my bluetooth mouse

9. Uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power' options in power management

10. Update Windows 10 to the latest update


And nothing can fix this issue. Can you guys know what the solution for this issue? Thank you very much...

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Bluetooth mouse not working

If you are talking about the W7/10 dual boot? It shouldn't have any issues with the driver being installed for both systems as they run independently. Bluetooth is still just a connection medium like USB, it just happens to be wireless. This means a device connecting via Bluetooth will still need to have W10 drivers to connect and work. My suggestion would be to consider how much time and energy you are putting into getting the mouse working versus buying a new mouse that is W10 compatible.

 

Arc Bluetooth mouse not working properly with Surface 3

Experienced same issue, disconnecting Arc Mouse then reconnect worked fine, but not mouse interaction.

Below steps worked for me:

• Remove all Bluetooth connected devices, including Surface Type Cover and Surface Pen.
• Disconnected the Surface Type Cover then reconnect. It will reinstall tand connect the device.
• Then Add Bluetooth devices including Surface Pen and last but not least Arc Bluetooth Mouse.

Everything works fine again.
