Windows Auto Time Zone correct, but time is wrong - even when sync with time server

    Hello,

I live in Belgium, time zone UTC+1 Brussels settings screenshot below. Windows detects the correct time zone, but the time is not correct! It is 1 hour behind. So below in the screenshot, it says "07:48" while it's actually 08:48. I'm working with gmail and the e-mail receiving times are correct. If I force the Windows clock to 08:48 by selecting another time zone, the receiving times in gmail are 1 hour ahead of time.
I didn't find the answer to this specific problem on the forum.

    Thanks for any help!

Time Auto sync wrong in Moscow time zone

HTC Radar and Mozart 7.10.8107.79 updated today.

On Settings/Date+Time when set Auto and UTC+4 Moscow timezone after some seconds time automaticaly corrected to UTC+5. Moscow time zone has no summer time. It is not depends on GSM provider. Beeline does not send nitz, MTS do send correct nitz but it does
not affect - time always corrected to UTC+5. Please fix it.

Upd: After 2 weeks Radar late on 20 minutes without sync.

  3. Time zone is correct, but Time is wrong

The automatic time zone in Vilnius, Lithuania is UTC +3 hrs. This is accurate during daylight savings time. However, the time displayed on the clock is wrong. Interestingly, Windows is not the only source that gets this wrong.

The website Time Difference lists the time as 4:00 while the website

    Time and Date
shows 11:00. Windows is displaying the same time as the Time Difference website, and so is presumably getting their info from the same source. I took a screen shot to show the two sites side by side, and the Windows clock as well.

Microsoft, you may want to look into where the time and date info is coming from.

time wrong, while time zone is correct.

The easy way is to go into /etc/default/rcS and cange UTC = yes to UTC = no.

There is a third party time sync TSR that you can run in Windows to use as a bandaid, if you forget to go into the Bios when using tools like Clonezilla to clone a drive.
