Hello people, when trying to perform the registry hack for the fluent start menu on a clean install win 10, i get a permissions error on the registry editor, is it blocked by default ?

Photo's automatic enhancement

No, there isn't. But have you blocked updates to Photos? Automatic enhancement was discontinued a while back. The latest version requires you to enter Edit to make general enhancements. It works fine but some don't like the extra steps.
