Windows 10: Can't update Windows and install or update apps in Microsoft Store Error Code: 0x80070424

I can't update my Windows and install or update apps in Microsoft Store. I run the troubleshooter but it didn't work. I searched in Youtube and tried all solutions but my windows still has problems.

This is the error of windows update:

Windows 8, cant install updates properly.

Try this "Fix: Microsoft Update Error Code 0×80080008 while installing Windows Updates"
And, if that don't work try "FIX : Error 0×80080008 While Updating Windows Apps In Windows 8".
Then, if that fails... try this --> Fix Windows corruption errors by using the DISM or System Update Readiness tool

You could, also, run "SFC /scannow" and check for corrupt files.

If worse comes to worse... you could always do a windows refresh.

Missing Windows Update; Error (0x80070424)

• Windows update shows an error (0x80070424)
• windows update service is missing from the services.msc
• Microsoft store wont get me updates or downloads

• Cant install any optional feature from apps

The cause maybe

1. recently installed an update windows10 kb4565503 x64 manually from windows update catalog

Or it could be a virus.

[i]I just deleted a folder located
[b]c:/windows/rss[/b] it was suspiciously a virus i also noticed scan exceptions for C:/windows folder in windows defender[/i]

cause that's only what can do damage because my windows is a recent clean install

Edit: already tried sfc /scannow and dism.exe they show no corruptions

Pls help

The error now changed to (0x80080005) in windows update

running net start wuauserv gives error
The system cannot find the file specified.
