    Hey guys,

I bought a Medion Akoya P40000 from Aldi, it worked perfectly for the two years the warranty came with and now it's having problems, it has no longer got any warranty left and I am hoping that I can fix this myself. One day it went into sleep and didn't wake up, I had to turn it off with the power button. After that it was an infinite bootloop, where I could do nothing to fix it other than reinstall windows which I did all up for a couple weeks around 12 times but it just kept happening. During these weeks I kept checking on everything I could think of. I checked all the hard drive sectors, used cmd to try and repair the bootloops, checked the ram I took it out and put it in another slot and it turned on! But after a while the same problem occurred there is no dedicated GPU inside it and after multiple reinstallations I got a bit annoyed. I did EVERYTHING I could, nothing worked... I don't have another desktop which I could use to switch out my parts because my sister won't let me touch her's and I don't want to have to buy multiple parts just to experiment and see what works. Does anyone have any suggestions? Is there any way for me to check the BIOS?

Here's a link to my PC:

PS: I was thinking of installing another OS but my pc doesn't have drivers for other OS and my last resort was linux. Which wouldn't be the easiest, I'm only 13 and I know a fair bit about computers, but I wouldn't like to use Linux as my main OS because 50% of my programs won't work without an extra layer of windows compatability stuff on linux so please don't suggest costly options, I would just like to figure out what the problem is so I cna figure out a way to resolve it.

Thankyou for taking the time to read this!

    PS:

My computer means a lot to me, I know this may sound stupid but I have depression and I am suffering bullying atm, I use my pc to play and hangout with my friends online and do my work. Right now I'm using a loaned school chromebook and would really like my pc back.

    :)

      • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
      • In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’ and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.

If you try Step 6, and all you see is a blank screen, try this:

Step 1: Make sure the computer is shut down, and press the Power Button to turn the computer on.

Step 2: As soon as you see the rotating loading circle, press and hold the Power Button until the computer shuts off again.
Step 3: Repeat this process 2 or 3 times until you see the following on the screen: Preparing Automatic Repair
Let the computer boot to the Automatic Repair screen.
Step 4: The next screen (blue) goes to: Choose Account to continue
Select your account, enter your Password, and press: Continue
Step 5: A Diagnosing your PC screen appears, and it takes you to the screen for: Automatic Repair
Step 6: Here you can click Restart, or, Advanced Options
    Step 6.1: Click: Advanced Options
Step 7: In the Choose an Option screen, select: Troubleshoot
