I can't believe I ever trusted windows again. The customer support is non existent (online only but now I have NO PC) and safe mode I guess is no longer a thing for them. I literally just built this entire PC and decided for ease of operation since most things still with Windows I was just going to purchase Windows 10. Not even 2 months while having this computer Windows 10 will not load. What happened? I literally shut down my computer properly, opened up my work computer turned it on and work for 6 hours then when I turned on my personal computer it would not load. I have a picture but for some reason it would not let me load the picture onto Reddit through my phone. It is literally a blank screen and none of the desktop icons load and the search bar is unresponsive and just shows a constant loading cursor rather than actually interacting.

I can ctrl-alt-delete but it won't open up task manager it just goes back to the main homepage with a background and nothing on it. After leaving it on for 3 hours it'll pop up with a systems properties window. Saying " Windows created a temporary paging file on your computer because of a problem that occurred with your paging file configuration when you started your computer. The total paging file size for all this drivers may be somewhat larger than the size you specified."

I have a 1 terabyte m. 2 SSD nvme I have 32 gigs of RAM and an 8-core CPU. I have never clocked anything over 44%. I don't know if that helps anyone but I mainly use my computer for gaming and to be honest offline though it does boot up online steam systems. I use it to watch YouTube videos here and there. My main purpose is offline use just doing digital art and playing video games. I didn't want to build another computer for quite a while so I overbuilt this one.

I do not know my passkey I merely bought it online and it installed online. It made me make a Microsoft account but honestly I don't know what that is. I am so sick of this company right now I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau because there is no way to get in contact with any real person that can help and there's no way that the old fixes work because they seem to have remove the safe mode. I've noticed multiple complaints about this while trying to solve and fix this problem that there's no way to get into safe mode anymore. What's going on? How can I fix this

Perhaps some of the safe mode files are corrupted.

Disable auto restart on BSOD and see what error you get?

Yes normal mode works, cant figure how safe mode doesn't work out for me except while in directory service repair mode and using diagnostic mode in ms config to boot to safe mode, pretty weird, it got me stumped

Have you tried all the above steps suggested by Sangeeta Sarkar on September 13, 2015.

I would suggest you to provide some information to help you better.

• Are you trying to login the Microsoft account or the Local account in safe mode?
• Did you try with only safe mode or safe mode with networking?
• What is the critical error you are getting?

If you are using Windows 10. To go to safe mode you have to follow the below steps.

If you are able to go to login screen in normal mode try the below steps to go to safe mode with networking.

• 
  At the login screen click on the power symbol.
  
• 
  Hold SHIFT + Click Restart.
  
• 
  After restarting your system, select the Troubleshoot option.
  
• 
  Select advanced options under
  Troubleshoot screen.
  
• 
  Click on Startup Settings.
  
• 
  Click Restart and follow the onscreen steps to go to
  Safe Mode with networking and check if you are able to login.
