Ethernet network issue on Home network

Ok, my problem is that every time I restart or shutdown or reboot my computer, windows 10, 2004 version, build 19041.572, I cannot see any of the other computers on my home network nor can I see my own computer listed in File Explorer under Network. But I can see Media Devices, Network Infrastructure, Other Devices and Storage that are connected on the LAN. The only way I have managed to see the other computers and my own in File Explorer is to open Services and restart the following four services; 1 Function Discovery Provider Host, 2 Function Discovery Resource Publication, 3 SSDP Discovery and 4 UPnP Device Host. After that there are no issues seeing my computer as well as the others or connecting to them until I restart or shutdown and reboot again. Then it is back to Services and do the restart procedure of the 4 services.
I have updated Windows, done a complete clean reinstall of Windows and all the required drivers, reset the network, reset winsock, reset int ip, ipconfig /release, then renew, then flush and register DNS, uninstalled/reinstalled the network adapters, updated network drivers, set the four services to every option they have like automatic start, manual start, triggered, etc., activated/deactivated SMB 1.0/CIFS Client, disabled/enabled IPv6, rebooted the router, and still cannot fix this problem. This issue is on all the computers on my home network. Each time you reboot/restart a system, you have to go to Services, do the restart of the 4 services and then it all works fine again.
Why is this happening? I am out of ideas and could really use some help or guidence here. Please help. Thank you.

I am running a TP-Link Archer A7-v5 router and a couple of switches to connect the computers and my other devices on the Ethernet LAN on my home network.

    My system is;
    Asus Prime Pro X570
    Ryzen 5 3600
    16GB G-Skill Trident Z DDR4-3200 RAM 2 x 8GB sticks
    Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super OC
The onboard network adapter is a Intel I211-AT and I do not have Turbo Lan installed.

    :)

    Issues with network adapters

    Hi Alfonso,

To resolve this issue, we suggest that you run the Network troubleshooter when you switch from WiFi to Ethernet connection. The Network troubleshooter can help diagnose and fix common connection problems including clearing the network cache to obtain a new
IP from the new network. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • In the search box on the taskbar, type Identify and repair network problems, and then select
Identify and repair network problems from the list of results.
    • Follow the steps in the troubleshooter and see if that fixes the problem.

If the issue persists, kindly try the troubleshooting steps on the following link:

We recommend that you try the steps on the Update the network adapter driver,
Run the Network troubleshooter followed by networking commands, and Use network reset to reinstall network devices sections.

    Network Connectivity Issue

    Hi,

The problem you've encountered with your network connection is most likely caused by an outdated network driver since this appeared after the recent update. We suggest updating the driver for your network adapter. Please follow the steps below:

    • Right-click Windows key and click Device Manager.
    • Expand the Network adapters category.
    • Right-click the one that says Ethernet Connection, then click
      Update Driver
      .
    • Select Search automatically for updated driver software.
    • If Windows is unable to find a new driver for your network adapter, try checking its manufacturer's website.

If the above steps don't work, try reinstalling the driver. Here's how:

    • Open Device Manager, right-click the name your network adapter, then select
      Uninstall.
    • Restart your PC and Windows will attempt to reinstall the driver.

    Update us with the result.

    Regards.
