    Text is difficult to read after fresh install Windows 10


    Good evening,


    Three days ago I did a fresh install of Windows 10 that overwrote the pre-existing Windows 10 upgrade from a Windows 7 OEM Lenovo, Desktop 10093 Model. Since then the screens two monitors have been difficult to use since the text is not clear to read.


    After the fresh install was done:

    • All the updates where downloaded and installed
    • All the drivers where installed Inter HD Graphics, LG Monitor Drivers etc.
    • The monitors where reset to factory settings and auto-adjusted


    Monitor 1 is a Flatron E2411 from LG with relative drivers installed

    Monitor 2 is an Acer S220HQL installed as a Generic PnP monitor


    One is connected with a VGA Cable and another one via VGA-HDMI adapter.


    They were both working correctly before the fresh install.


    Things I have tried so far:

    1. adjust the ClearType settings
    2. improve the Display Colour Calibration
    3. windows automatic fix problem option
    4. play with brightness/contrast from the display
    5. played with scaling, resolution etc....


    None of them seem to solve the issue.


    What should I do?

    Fresh USB Windows 10 Install - Failing

    I am trying to install a fresh copy (reformatted the hard disk) of windows 10 using a USB

    • Created an installation media on a USB flash drive (Win 10 pro) from this page Download Windows 10
    • Changed the boot order on the other PC so that it boots using USB
    • Selected custom install
    • Installing Windows goes through the following steps successfully: Copying Windows Files, Getting Files ready for installation, Installing features, Installing updates and before the last step (Finishing up), it restarts
    • Then it goes back to the start of the installation steps

    I am stuck and have read numerous posts but don't know what to do to install a fresh copy of Win 10.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
