Windows 10: I think pltw kite student login messed up my computer.

I cannot turn off my computer unless i pull the plug. It says the options are unavailable. I pressed alt+f4 to shut down but it said it was restricted by the systems administrator, I am the administrator and I can't find any setting that blocks shut down. Is this the reason I can't shut down my computer? I heard that people had problems with updates, but this only happened after I installed this program, I have not done anything else to raise red flags. Also when I am in the app, the only way to close it is to hit the close button on the sign in page. It closes task manager and my tab switcher button on my mouse.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

student login

I was told at school that you have a free version of Windows 10 for students. Where do I go to login. I downloaded the free version of office but forgot where to log into

  Login to your computer through administrator account.

  Press Windows key + r and type
  netplwiz, hit Enter.

  Select the user account, you want to remove.
