    Windows Icon Cashe Problem


    I recently deleted the windows icon cashe in localappdata in windows 10 while following a tutorial on how to fix thumbnails only showing paper symbols, when I deleted the icon cashe and restarted, all my icons and thumbnails were gone, not even a paper symbol, just nothing, only the name, my C drive wont open properties and I tried going to a restore point, it didn't let me in catastrophic failure, so I entered advanced startup mode where i did a restore point, but it was still gone, please help

    Suggestion to have an option to change Notification Area icon this way too.
    Suggestion to finally have proper separate Options window like most (all?) Windows programs do.
