Windows 10: chrome crashed into BOSD, now my laptop can't boot

i have a dell inspiron, 5770. i was watching a show earlier when chrome suddenly froze, then the laptop BSOD'd. i tried to restart, and it went to another blue screen that said 'recovery, your pc couldn't restart properly' with the error code 0xc0000001. i tried entering recovery mode and was on a black screen with the dell logo and 'please wait' for about an hour. i tried to force it into automatic system repair [ interrupted boot 3 times ], but it can't seem to do that or boot into safe mode. i tried f12ing and selecting boot into safe mode, and it again went to the black dell logo screen. i've had it run the ePSA pre-boot 3 times, and each time it's said no problem detected. i have no idea what to do. this has happened once before about a month ago and i reset the laptop to factory settings, as nothing else seemed to work. that time i was able to get to safe mode/automatic repair/recovery options. this time i'm able to get to the bios menu, ePSA menu, and 'other boot options' menu - but the safe mode boot doesn't actually seem to work. the laptop's only about 1.5 years old and is taken care of quite well, it hasn't been dropped/gotten wet/anything that should cause issues. i've googled endlessly and everything i've found seems to require safe mode, but i can't find any way to actually get there to troubleshoot

i'm not super technical, or good with computers

I did mention to remove Avira, please remove Avira and use Windows Defender as alternative.

The 0x50(PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA) has some usual causes,

• defective hardware,
• faulty system service,
• driver,
• NTFS corruption,
• BIOS,
• Anti-Virus

The NTFS makes it look like the hard drive is causing issues, but it already has been ruled out if the tests have been performed correctly.
As Avira has been flagged before, it could be causing issues with the hard drive what explains the NTFS in the stack.

BOSD 7 times today, either while using Chrome or right after boot up


As the title says, I've gotten the BOSD 7 times today. The BOSD said it was because of various things throughout the day, at first it said it was Memory Management, but after that I just started to get annoyed. Checking back through the event logs, the bugcheck says the errors were: 0x00000050; 0x000000ef ; 0x0000001a; 0x0000000a; 0x00000139; 0x000000c1
If it isn't obvious, I really don't know how to solve this or if the bugcheck errors help at all. What I do know is that I was just using google chrome when some of the crashes happened. Also during the day, several times I booted up my computer and logged in and then went away for 5 minutes after logging in (without doing anything). When I came back, it was obvious that my computer had restarted.

I guess I can survive with my computer crashing randomly, but if anyone could help, it'd be greatly appreciated.
