    Missing files from Windows.old


    I recently finally upgraded my computer from 7 to 10, and upon doing so, I had a folder of files in windows.old that I needed to move over. However, upon moving them over and going through the pain staking task of changing ownership of all the sub folders, all the files are gone. There's just a directory of empty folders. Another folder within this didn't have this issue being the only one I didn't change ownership of and all of its files are preserved, so something clearly went wrong. Please somebody help

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

    Why did the startup window get cleared?

    I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

    missing dll files for an old programme


    I have used an old Brodabund family Tree Maker programme in many Windows versions as they have evolved. I successefully started it running in Win 10 but now I cannot open it. I get a message that tells me that variouse .dll files are missing. Can anyone suggest a means of curing this problem.
