    Troubleshooting Help:
What is your parts list? Consider formatting your parts list.

Replace this text with your answer.

    CPU: intel core i7 6700k @ 4.00ghz

    MoBo: MSI Z270 PC Mate

RAM: 2x 16gb DDR4, 3200MHz Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro, bought in the same package

    GPU: Nvidia GTX 970

    PSU: EVGA 500B 80+ Bronze

    SSD x1: Hitachi Ultrastar A7K2000 2TB HUA722020ALA331 2TB 32MB Cache 7200RPM SATA 3.0Gb/s Enterprise 3.5in Hard Drive

    SSD x1: WD10EZEX-00WN4A0 Western Digital 1TB 7200RPM SATA 6.0 Gbps 3.5 64MB Cache Caviar Hard Drive

Describe your problem. List any error messages and symptoms. Be descriptive.

    Series of events:

1 Notice CPU getting too hot, unplug everything to clean heatsink. Take out: Heatsink and RAM chips

2 Clean it out, reapply thermal paste, reattach heatsink then RAM chips

3 Get a few GPU crashes, where both screens flashed black and caused graphical glitches.

4 Reseat GPU, along with RAM again beacuse why not

5 After a long day of gaming and homework, I' have JDownloader relevant downloading stuff and I'm watching random youtube videos. As I go to press play on a video, I am greeted with

    BSOD: irql_not_less_or_equal

    minidump: https://pastebin.com/6JGeKJEe

6 Downloaded windows updates, hoping it was drivers. After I shut off the PC for the neat, I reseat my RAMagain and go to sleep.

7 Next day, One GPU Crash while streaming an RPGMaker game yeah

8 Next day last night, after another long day of gaming and homework, as I'm watching videos and closing things up, I go to click a video in Discord. As I click it, I am greeted with another

    BSOD: memory_management

    Minidump: https://pastebin.com/xJ016Wu1

List anything you've done in attempt to diagnose or fix the problem.

    Included above

    Additional Details:

It's strange to me that I haven't crashed once while doing high load programs, sometimes several at once, such as playing Genshin Impact + watching various youtube videos with several tabs and windows open, discord, etc, but instead my crashes seem to happen when I'm not donig much of anything intensive.

These are fairly new RAM sticks, bought around the 14th of last month, in the same package, non-refurbished, and they haven't given me a single problem until I went to clean my CPU heatsink.

If there's more information that cuold be used, I will gladly try my best to supply!

I'm currently getting ready to try to run MemTest86, but I don't know why, my gut really makes me feel/hope that it's not a fault RAM stick I also lack an external harddrive to properly backup my date, but y'know

    Any help will be appreciated!

    :)

BSOD playing AAA games, system_service exception and memory_management

Looks like I spoke too soon. BSOD while playing Tyranny, getting Memory_Management error again. I attached the log file below.

I did a memtest yesterday, no faults found.

    WhoCrashed result:

    • This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x14A6F0)
    • Bugcheck code: 0x1A (0x61941, 0x424A06FF, 0xD, 0xFFFFBA01A6C1AB00)
    • Error: MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

Edit: Another BSOD, different error. Updated the log file.
    WhoCrashed result:

  4. Stop Codes: irql_not_less_or_equal and memory_management

    stop Codes: CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED and MEMORY_MANAGEMENT

ive been getting these stop codes over the past two weeks.

There are more of the: "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED"

    and fewer of the: "MEMORY_MANAGEMENT"

all the system is up to date and runs sometimes for days without the stop codes. Today the startup screen offered fixes,.. so ive checked to see that my backups are in good shape and they are up todate... so the question i have is:

How should I attack these two stop codes?

    thanks very much
