Disable Application Name when using Volume Control

    Hi all,

I stream and record, and when I adjust the volume of my gaming PC it displays the name of a window on my desktop. If this was just the currently-focused application, then that'd be alright but not ideal, but it seems to default to browser windows first, spotify second, and the game I am playing third. Ideally, I could just disable this entirely; I've tested with a few applications, including Valorant, Rogue Company, COD, etc, and it doesn't seem to change the behavior.

    Example picture:

I had this show up, but I was in a game at the time. Ideally, I'd get rid of the box on the right entirely and leave just the volume slider.

    My questions are:

A Can this be disabled and just show the volume slider? If so, how?

B If not, can this be adjusted to be the application in focus? It appears to do browser window titles first, then spotify, then the game, always.

    Thanks!

    :)
