Windows 10: Windows Firewall Service not starting after OS reset

I recently reset my computer and got rid of some excess bloatware and once I restarted it, I got a notification stating that the firewall was off. I'm wondering what's happening here. It actually led me to the fact that my Base Filtering Service was off and I tried turning that on and it also wasn't starting.

Windows 10 Firewall won't keep my inbound/outbound rules

I realize the inconvenience caused to you regarding the Windows Firewall. I will certainly assist you.

I suggest you to restart the Windows firewall service and check if it helps.

Follow the below steps for the same.

• Press Windows key + R simultaneously for Run.
• Type services.msc and then Enter.
• Right click on the Windows firewall services and then restart the services and check if it helps.

If the issue still persists then I suggest you to remove and then read the Windows fire wall rule.

Windows Firewall Reset

Exporting your current Firewall Rules can be done through Windows Firewall with Advanced Security with administrator rights. Follow the steps below on how to export and import your Firewall Rules.

• Select the Start button.
• Type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security and then press
  Enter.
• If prompted, click Yes or enter the administrator password.
• Click Action and then click Export
  Policy.
• Select the location where you want to save the Policy file (.wfw).
• Name the file and then click Save to finish.

For importing the Firewall Rules, follow these steps:

• Select the Start button.
• Type Windows Firewall with Advanced Security and then press
  Enter.
• If prompted, click Yes or enter the administrator password.
• Click Action and then click Import Policy.
• Select Yes to continue.
• Locate the Policy file (.wfw).
• Click Open to complete.

I cannot enable/start Windows Firewall

I did try it but it gives me error too.

I tried going to services and it just shows "starting"
