Windows 10: Windows 10 game bar picking up background noise and air flow

Whenever I use discord it automatically cuts out anything besides my voice. However whenever I playback my recording from the game bar it has lots of just air flow. It is kinda difficult to hear myself and it isn't very pleasant either. I don't know if this just means I need a new mic, but I am wondering if there are any settings in the game bar that allow only voice to be heard.

How do you type a word like "Crossway" with word flow?

Word Flow will typically suggest common words, and will only list the first eleven commonest matching words in the suggestion bar. I find that it's almost impossible to live my life through Word Flow, but it picks up the vast majority of common words
very satisfactorily.

Software to separate noise from the human voice or song

For audio, you could try Audacity. You can select a sample period where there is just the noise you want to remove, then filter that from the audio.
