    windows update not installing after deleting OBit software

    I am having problems over the last few weeks receiving windows updates successfully.

    It might be to do with my trying to delete a series of OBit files.

    the system seems to freeze

    How can I get my folders back after Desktop updating?

    Any file that you saved to the Desktop, would be in your User files (ie) C:\Users\[YourUserName]\Desktop.
    If you installed IOBit Start Menu 8V4, it still should connect to your desktop folder, but may have created a new desktop folder. See if you have that listed as a program. Then start the program to access that desktop.
