  1. Windows 10 Laptop running slowly and stuttering; Can't remove Bluetooth devices

I'm having an issue with my laptop suddenly running slowly, among other issues. It will consistently "stutter" i.e. I will click on something and 2 or 3 seconds may go by before the function happens. I will scroll and it will hiccup for a few seconds before catching up, etc. and things that used to be very quick are now taking much longer. I have clicked on Windows Update to check for updates, a process that typically takes all of a few seconds, and 5 minutes later it is still showing as searching. Additionally, I am not able remove Bluetooth devices that are paired to the laptop. I have a bluetooth mouse that I left "paired" to the laptop that I had to connect to another device. The standard procedure is to remove the mouse from the bluetooth menu and re-connect it, however I hit remove and the device will not be removed. I'm also having issues with my Nvidia Graphics card, it's running much slower than it usually should and it's running games at the same level as my integraded Intel card, when it should run them much better, but I'm not sure if this is related or not. I don't know where to start here, can anyone help?

  3. Bluetooth device migration.

    Hi FredOlson1,

Sounds like a Bluetooth driver conflict to me. Did you make any changes on your laptop prior to the issue? What is the build and version of your Windows 10? In the meantime, kindly follow the steps below:

Step 1: Lets remove the Megacra sound bar from your Bluetooth device list.

    1. Select Start > Settings > Devices >
      Bluetooth & other devices.
    2. Select the paired Bluetooth device that you want to remove > Remove device >
      Yes.

      Restart your laptop.

Step 2: Download and install the latest Bluetooth driver directly from Dell support website.

Step 3: Pair again your Bluetooth device to your laptop. Kindly check for the device manual for the instructions.

You may also want to check this article for the list of troubleshooting steps to fix Bluetooth connection issues.

Kindly update us with the results.
