Windows 10: How to Fix PDC WATCHDOG TIMEOUT Blue Screen Error in Windows 10 - Dell

Hi,

I have a Dell 2020 laptop, model Latitude 5400, I have this error below since the upgrade of windows 10 2004.

It is happening all the time that he would go into sleep mode. I have to manually restart it


All the drivers are up to date


Please help me

Clock Watchdog Timeout error

I am trying to upgrade my Windows 7 pro to windows 10 pro, during Installation I get a blue screen with error
"Clock Watchdog timeout". I have Dell notebook 6430u with I7 and 8gig ram. This process of upgrading to new windows 10 takes along time, anyone have any suggestions before I start the upgrade one more time. I already check no viruses or malware,

Any help would be grateful.
