    blue screens when using the firefox browser. Where to find the dumps.


    Where in windows 10 blue screen error stop codes are stored in the pc when they occur. I get these random blue screens mainly when using firefox browser. I had windows 7 on another pc and W10 is very unstable in comparison. I have a new Lenovo just purchased last month with 20GB of memory with 1TB SSD memory plus an additional on board 1TB hard drive which is empty. Some of errors are below . I would like to see the individual blue screen stop codes but don't know where to look. I don't know if these errors are the result of hardware or Windows 10.

    • IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
    • PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA
    • SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
    • Kernal security check -- this one in particular

    Step 5 is incorrect; when I go to choose an app, the only choices are Edge, IE, or Chrome; Firefox is not listed.
