Windows 10: vice city not starting

    ABOUT OF VICE CITY RINING

    sir it was downlod already in my pc however vice city not be run properly.

    so I should follow this process.

    can I downlod fretures of windows separately from browser?

    please give me proper guidance .

    that what should do for running vice city in my laptop.
