Windows 10: I need help understanding Delivery Optimization and what its downloading.

Ill start by saying my internet is incredibly slow, so anytime my ping in my games get high or a download seems like its taking longer than usual I begin trying to find what is using up all my bandwidth. I have been having problems with Delivery Optimization eating up all my internet. I know it updates my computer and it has to do with my Microsoft store downloads. I have turned off updates, set my internet up as limited bandwidth, stop all Windows store downloads, and everything else short of changing things in the registry to disable it as I have seen some suggest online. I just want to know what it is downloading and if there is any way to check the progress on it.

Windows 10 - Delivery Optimization hogging bandwidth

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• 
  Click the Start menu button (or type “settings” in the search box), choose Settings and click Update & security (toward the bottom of the Settings window).
  
• 
  From within the Windows Update tab, click Advanced options.
  
• 
  Under Choose how updates are installed, change Automatic (recommended) to Notify to schedule restart:

  Next, click Choose how updates are delivered
  
• 
  Under Updates from more than one place, switch the toggle to Off:
  
• 
  Click the upper-right X to close the window; your changes will be saved.
