Windows 10: Keyboard emojis are STILL black and white

I have seen multiple questions regarding emojis inserted into Outlook, Word or Excel that appear black and white from a color selection. No one has really answered why, if these are MS products using MS shortcuts, why this is happening or more importantly how to fix it. Feature Update to Windows 10, version 2004 installed 10/26/20 even highlighted these as a "new" feature by using the keyboard shortcut. So why can't I get what you are saying was installed I am using Outlook 2016.

emojis are black and white on computer, on certain websites

I'm having trouble getting emojis show up in colour.

My computer is running Chrome, version 66.0.3359.181 (office build, 64-bit)

My cell phone runs Android, it's a Galaxy Grand Prime, Lollipop 5.1.1, using the Chrome browser version 66.0.3359.158

I got the emojis from this website:

1. On my computer, when I post on FACEBOOK, I can make a post with emojis that are in colour.
2. On my computer, when I post on REDDIT, they are black and white.
3. On my cellphone, when I post on REDDIT, my emojis are in colour.

Do you know what is wrong?

Emoji Keyboard Vs Pop-up Emoji (Winkey+ | They seem to insert emoji differently

* With the keyboard I get question marks ??

* With the pop-up I get a nice colorful emoji

Even inserting emoji in this very editor is different:

* With the keyboard I get a black and white emoji which is very quickly (under 1 sec) converted to a color emoji

* With the pop-up I get a color emoji instantly

Anyone know why that might be?

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:
Set up accounts.

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.
