Audio input way too low and doesn't change with different settings or microphones.

I have been having huge issues with my audio input on my PC. Windows will only detect around 2% at most, without gain and on 100 volume, which is atrocious. I have gone through 2 microphones and 2 headsets, all 4 are plug in. Original mic was an old one, several years old, used to work fine so I thought maybe it died. New mic comes with arm, windshield phantom etc. quality much better, but input still about the same and I'm starting to really kinda lose it. Tried an external sound card in case USB does the fix, but nothing changed. So I tried everything I can with settings:

    -Adjusted volume and gain obviously
-activated and deactived the windows noise and echo cancellation
-deactivated other devices in case they get in the way
-mic set to main device naturally
-updated realtek, reinstalled after that too
-set the type of mic table, headset, other
-factory reset my hard drive and reinstalled windows seemingly increased quality of the old mic but not input
-tried out plug ins and obs settings
    -tried out troubleshooting

I looked up many forums and videos trying to fix things, but nothing seems to help. I do know it used to be better though and given that an external sound card changes nothing, it can't be an issue of the intern one I guess. Surprisingly my old webcam, which comes with its own driver, detects the input perfectly but you can guess that I do not wish to use that for recording.

So this is pretty much my last option to redirect my issues at Microsoft directly as I can not seem to find a solution.

    Here are some specs:
    Hyrican CyberGamer 5439
    Intel® Core™ i5-7400 Quad-Core
    Taktfrequenz: 3,0GHz
    MSI H110M PRO-D mATX
    8GB RAM DDR4 2133MHz
    1TB Festplatte SATA-3
    Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce™ GTX1050
    2GB GDDR5 DP, HDMI, DVI
Audio: High Definition Audio / 7.1 support

    Most recent Win10

    Old mic:
    Speedlink Capo Desktop Mic
    New mic:
    Tonor XLR Condensor Mic
Webcam that came with its own driver:
CREATIVE 73VF070000001 Live! Cam Chat HD Webcam

Really at this point I welcome any type of advice and will contact the PC developer as well.

    :)
