Windows 10: My computer says "this device has no administrator

but a program has been blocked for my security by the administrator. It was a "WHO BLOCKED ME" program. Yesterday it showed 2 people blocked me or deleted me rather. Is there a difference? why can't I bring this program up? Can you f ind out who is acting as an administrator when my computer desk top says I have no administrator.

enable the built-in administrator account on Windows 10 by running a command in an elevated command prompt. In order to do so, kindly follow these steps:

• Open Command Prompt and select Run as administrator.
• Accept the User Account Control prompt.
• Enter this command to enable the hidden administrator account:
  net user administrator /active:yes

I suggest you to enable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:yes

3. Restart the computer and login to the built-in Administrator account.

4. Delete the account which is not required and make the required account as Administrator.

5. Sign-out from the built-in administrator account and login to the other account which is made as the Administrator and check for status.

After creating a new Administrator account, disable the built-in Administrator account by following the steps below:

• Right click in the Start icon and select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type the below command:

Net user administrator active:no

net user administrator /active:no keeps saying access denied.

It's possible that you're not using an elevated command prompt, causing the Access Denied error. We suggest following these steps to properly disable the built-in administrator account:

• Right-click the Start button.
• Choose Command Prompt (Admin).
• Copy and paste net user Administrator /active:no and press
  Enter. If the command isn't successful, please post a screenshot so that we can study it further.
