Windows 10: Windows Update to 20H2 gives error everytime regarding the FIRST_BOOT phase.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with an update to 20H2 and just cant seem to nail it down. One of the threads here stated to throw the logs onto a new thread so that is what I am going to do. The error states 'FIRST_BOOT phase during the SYSPREP operation.' Please let me know if any other info is needed for diagnosis.

Windows 7 to Windows 10 upgrade gets to-- "The installation failed in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSREP operation"

What do I do now?

I received the November update, tried installing it twice and it came back as an error. It was 40 percent complete when it froze, so I restarted both times for it to go back to original windows 10. I checked my windows update and it wasn't there anymore.
I looked in windows 10 help and it said if I uninstalled the update, I would have to go to windows 10 update centre and upgrade from there, so I tried that and ended up with the exact same problem. It said I had "0xC1900101-0x30018" "The installation failed
in the FIRST_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP operation".

When I checked on this , I did what it suggested, uninstalled my anti virus program, unplugged all peripherals, still came up with same error.
