Windows 10: Older E-mails blocked out--can open current ones, but can't reply, forward or...

E-mails older than 2 days are whited out in yahoo mail. Also,

I am unable to reply, forward or delete any e-mail even the current ones

that I am still able to open. No I have tried everything eg system recovery.etc.

Help!!

I'm Peter F independent Advisor

to block the senders please follow these steps

open the message you want to block.

Add the sender to the blocked senders list.

In Windows Live Mail, choose Actions→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Windows Mail, choose Message→Junk E-Mail→Add Sender to Blocked Senders List.

In Outlook Express, choose Message→Block Sender.

Click the Yes button or click OK.

Thank you for the reply.

What my problem I suppose is that I am not using any Microsoft mail but I am using my website called

Cogeco.ca webmail.

That's the problem there is no blocked sender list.

I may have to drop the mail site and open a Microsoft. Can I transfer my site to Microsoft???

On this scam they say I have 24 hours to forward money.

Any help would be appreciated.

As an initial step, I suggest you to check for any pending updates in Windows. Follow the below steps;

• Press Windows key+ I to open the
  Settings.
• 
  Click on Update & security, then click on
  Windows Update.
  
• 
  Select Check for updates. If Windows Update says that your PC is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available.
