Windows 10: "Your Phone" app crashes immediately after selecting phone

Hello, this app, experience so far is the WORST. I cant believe how you can let people use this bugged piece of, you know. When pairing, I´m supposed to open Edge on iPhone and sign-in with my email. Did that, 9 times until in let me in and registered my device. Before it just endlessly rotated saying "Open Microsoft Edge and sign-in with..." and, I had it opened and I was signed in.


So, I finally got it, now, when I click on my phone icon on the left, app crashes. Without error, without anything, it just closes and that´s it. And that´s and of my story.


Yes I tried repairing, I tried resetting, I tried everything. I have all my updates and drivers installed. I´m not in battery save mode etc.


I tried removing my phone from the app, it lets me into settings, but guess what, now I´m stuck again with "Open Microsoft Edge and sign-in with..." screen. And it won´t let me in. And after like 50 sign outs and sign ins and Edge removing and installing, I´m done with it, it can´t be done.


Is this "app" even supported or I found out something that worked a long time ago and nobody should use it anymore?

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview


Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.
